An independent valuation and property consultancy in Seychelles, part of Forctis Valuers, established in 2013.
A practice built on the discipline of the profession.
Forctis takes its name from the Latin for strong and steadfast, and that is what a valuation needs to be. Clients rely on our figures to secure finance, settle estates, resolve disputes, insure assets and decide on major transactions. The figure has to hold when someone questions it.
We work as an independent practice. That independence lets us give a clear opinion to banks, attorneys, insurers, developers, hotel owners, trustees and private owners alike, without conflict and without pressure to reach a particular number.
Forctis Valuers SC Ltd, based in Takamaka, Mahé, is the Seychelles entity of Forctis Valuers, which was established in South Africa in 2013. Our Seychelles work is led by a Chartered (MRICS) valuer and is carried out to RICS Valuation – Global Standards, drawing on the wider practice's experience across Africa, the Middle East and Indian Ocean territories.
